Greg's stories of a healing encounter with yoga are the voice of a regular guy that’s been opened and changed. After six years of practice, Greg trained to be a yoga teacher and now teaches YOGA at MOTTO YOGA in Queen Creek, Arizona, and started YOGA AND LEATHER: Yoga for BIKERS at Superstition Harley Davidson in Apache Junction, Arizona.
He also teaches by contract and leads workshops on yoga and the embodiment of spirituality. Greg believes yoga is the fourfold process of embodying asana, mobilizing prana, surrendering cares, and focusing the monkey mind. When this happens, space opens for transformation.
